8. Connection

Cultivating an inner atmosphere of Presence creates a safe space to enter into relationship with others. Our capacity to show up and love others is in direct proportion to our ability to show up and love ourselves. 


9. Appreciation

Gratitude rewires our brains from lack to abundance, 

from a life of fear and problems 

to a life of hope and an expectation of success.

10. Reflection

Rest is essential for our mental health. Creating moments for stillness and silence allows us the opportunity to connect with ourselves, reflect on your life with God, and receive wisdom, comfort and guidance.
