The three R's
1. Regulation
We start by regulating the nervous system, turning off the "threat response" that has become a lifestyle for many, and creating a felt sense of safety in the body.
Using gentle and effective techniques, we quickly reprocess old traumas, setting the foundation for health.
2. Restoration
Through Neuroplasticity, we "Renew the Mind"
(Romans 12:2) by rewiring the brain, creating new neural networks around the new peaceful, regulated state.
This is where we develop new mindsets oriented to love and safety, instead of fear and survival. This is where our bodies start to repair. We were designed to heal.
3. Respiration
A well-oxygenated body, full of life-giving breath, calms the mind and speeds healing.
"Then the Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath or spirit of life, and man became a living being."
